Forged Components

A forged part is chosen because the material has work to do. Strength, fatigue resistance and the way the metal flows through a loaded section can be more important than simply achieving the external shape.

TIANHUI MACHINE provides custom forging services for forged steel parts and components such as shafts, yokes, levers, joints, pins, brackets and flanges.

We work with carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and other forgeable grades. Billet size, forging temperature, deformation, die design and machining allowance are considered together when planning the process.

After forging, parts can undergo trimming, shot blasting, heat treatment, straightening and CNC machining. Critical holes, bearing positions, threads and mating surfaces are then finished to the dimensions required on the drawing.

For components subject to repeated or high loads, process control is especially important. The goal is not simply to produce a forging that looks correct, but to maintain the material condition and geometry required by the finished part.
