Automotive parts are rarely difficult because of one dimension alone. Repeated loading, vibration, mating accuracy and consistency from batch to batch all influence how a component performs after assembly.

TIANHUI MACHINE manufactures custom automotive components and OEM metal parts from customer drawings and samples. Typical products include brackets, housings, flanges, shafts, exhaust-system parts and other structural or mechanical components.

Depending on the design, material and production quantity, parts can be produced by investment casting, sand casting, die casting, forging or CNC machining. We work with carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other engineering materials.

Machining datums, mating surfaces, holes, threads and other assembly-critical features are reviewed before production. Heat treatment, surface treatment and dimensional inspection can then be incorporated into the manufacturing route where required.

For repeat OEM production, the focus is not only on making the first part correctly, but on keeping the same critical dimensions and process controls from one batch to the next.
