Custom Covers for Reel Manufacturers
The machining scope follows the reel manufacturer's cover design, including the housing interface and the clearance required around the enclosed mechanism. The exterior profile and assembly features form part of the same finished-component specification.
Dimensions, fit and surface finish are based on the part drawing. Where the outer surface is visible in the finished reel, its appearance requirements can be included in the supply specification alongside the mating dimensions.
