Food Machinery Components

For food machinery parts, surface condition can be just as important as dimensional accuracy. Components may be exposed to moisture, repeated cleaning, food residue and frequent assembly or maintenance.

TIANHUI MACHINE manufactures custom food machinery components and stainless steel parts for mixing, processing, conveying, refrigeration and other food-equipment applications.

Typical products include shafts, housings, brackets, impellers, fittings and other mechanical components. Investment casting, forging and CNC machining are selected according to part geometry, material and production requirements.

Stainless steel is commonly used where corrosion resistance and cleanability are important. Machining can be followed by grinding, polishing, passivation and dimensional inspection according to the surface and assembly requirements shown on the drawing.

When reviewing a new food-equipment component, we pay particular attention to machined interfaces, surface transitions, areas that are difficult to clean and features that may retain residue after repeated wash-down cycles.
