For pump and valve parts, the areas that matter most are often hidden inside the component: flow passages, sealing surfaces, wall thickness, bores and flange connections.

TIANHUI MACHINE manufactures pump and valve components, cast parts and precision machined parts including pump casings, valve bodies, impellers, covers, flanges, seats and stems.

Investment casting and sand casting are used for different combinations of size, geometry, material and production volume, while CNC machining is applied to sealing faces, bores, mounting surfaces and other functional features that require tighter control.

Materials include stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel and cast iron for different pressure, corrosion and mechanical requirements. Heat treatment, surface finishing, non-destructive testing and dimensional inspection can also be arranged according to the drawing.

For a new pump or valve component, we can review the casting structure and machining requirements together before tooling. This often helps reduce unnecessary machining without compromising the surfaces and dimensions that affect sealing, assembly and service life.
