CNC Machined Components

TIANHUI MACHINE provides custom CNC machining services for precision machined parts and components made from customer drawings, samples and technical specifications.

Our machining work includes CNC turning, milling, drilling, boring and combined operations for stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, aluminum, brass and other engineering materials.

Some parts are machined directly from bar, plate or billet. Others arrive at machining as castings or forgings, where machining allowance, datum selection and material condition have to be considered before the first cut is made.

We pay particular attention to tight tolerances, hole positions, threads, bearing locations, mating surfaces and specified surface finishes. Heat treatment, grinding, surface treatment and inspection can be added when required by the drawing.

Before production, our engineers review which dimensions are truly functional and which can use a practical manufacturing tolerance. This helps control machining cost while protecting the features that affect fit, movement and assembly.
