As TIANHUI's custom machining business grew, we felt it was time to work on our internal management as well as our equipment. We invited Mr. Wang Lian from Jinlanmeng to lead a training session covering management, production and sales.
During the visit, the team also worked through the company's vision, mission and working values. Writing them down is a starting point; putting them into practice during an ordinary working day is the harder part.
Thank you to Mr. Wang for spending time with us. The next step is to bring what we discussed back into the workshop and office.
