TIANHUI MACHINE produces custom industrial equipment components and made-to-drawing metal parts including housings, bases, brackets, shafts, supports, flanges and connecting components.

We select the manufacturing route according to part size, geometry, material and quantity rather than forcing every product into one process. Investment casting, sand casting, die casting, forging and CNC machining can be used individually or combined.

Secondary operations can include machining, heat treatment, welding, grinding and surface finishing. This allows a component to move from raw metal or near-net-shape blank to an inspected part ready for assembly within one coordinated supply chain.

For complex equipment parts, drawing review normally focuses on datums, machining allowances, interfaces and inspection points before production begins, especially when several manufacturing processes are involved.
