Description
Cylindrical hydraulic body with bolted flange interface
This carbon-steel hydraulic component has a deep cylindrical body, an internal bore and a flange with multiple mounting holes. The bore and the flange interface should be treated as one functional setup because their alignment determines how the part mates to the rest of the hydraulic assembly.
Features worth separating from cosmetic surfaces
Specify the bore diameter, depth and any stepped internal geometry.
Define the bolt-circle diameter and flange-face flatness from the main bore axis.
If the bore carries a seal, identify the sealing surface and finish requirement separately.
Hydraulic machining focus
Turning establishes the body and bore, while the flange hole pattern is finished in a secondary setup. Deburring around intersecting holes and protecting sealing edges are important, especially when the part will be cleaned before assembly.
What to include with the inquiry: Please include the hydraulic drawing, material grade, pressure-side sealing details and mating flange information with the RFQ.
