The pandemic and changing overseas market conditions made 2020 a challenging year. Alongside production, we arranged training for the middle managers in our machining operations.
Supervisors have to balance shop-floor work and communication between teams. Taking time out for training gave everyone a chance to compare ideas and think about how to handle day-to-day problems more effectively.
