When the pandemic began in early 2020, TIANHUI extended the Spring Festival holiday to February 10 and adjusted working arrangements in line with local guidance.
We reported shipment-related matters to the Chunhu town authorities on January 30. Administrative staff in Ningbo returned with protective measures from February 3, while the export sales team worked from home and continued handling inquiries and order communication.
