September 10, 2016 was TIANHUI's factory anniversary. Instead of our usual celebration, we arranged a team-building day for all employees.
The activities involved group challenges where people had to talk, listen and work together rather than solve everything on their own. Colleagues who normally worked in different roles got to know each other in a different setting.
It was a lively day, with plenty of conversation about teamwork along the way. We've kept the photos here as a reminder of the occasion.
