3,000 Precision Cast and Machined Valve Bodies Shipped to the USA
Another batch of custom valve components has completed production at TIANHUI and is ready for delivery to the United States.
This shipment includes 3,000 precision-cast and machined valve bodies.
The parts were produced through a combination of investment casting and precision machining, allowing the main valve structure to be formed efficiently while critical mounting and connection areas are finished by machining.

Shipment Information
3,000 Valve Bodies for the United States
Product: Valve Body
Quantity: 3,000 Pieces
Destination: United States
Manufacturing Process: Investment Casting + Precision Machining

From Investment Casting to Precision Machining
For this valve body, the basic geometry is first formed through the investment casting process.
This manufacturing route is suitable for parts with relatively complex shapes and helps reduce unnecessary material removal during subsequent machining.
After casting, the valve bodies move to the machining stage for further finishing.
The parts are individually located in machining fixtures while the flange faces, holes and connection areas are processed.

These machined areas are important because they directly affect how the valve body connects with other components during assembly.

Batch Machining for 3,000 Valve Bodies
Producing one qualified valve body is different from maintaining the same result across a batch of 3,000 pieces.
During batch machining, stable positioning and repeatable machining procedures help keep the finished features consistent from part to part.
The fixture holds each valve body in a controlled position during processing.
This helps maintain repeatability when machining mounting holes, flange surfaces and other functional areas.

Finished Valve Bodies Ready for Delivery
After machining, the finished valve bodies were arranged together for final production confirmation.
The completed parts show a consistent casting profile and clearly machined connection surfaces.
Combining investment casting with precision machining allows the valve body to retain the advantages of near-net-shape casting while achieving the accuracy required at its functional interfaces.
This batch of 3,000 valve bodies has now completed production and is ready for delivery to the customer in the United States.

For Tianhui, this type of project is not only about casting or machining a single component.
It is about connecting both processes into one stable manufacturing route for repeatable batch production.
