This order for Brazil covers 1,000 six-inch stepped butterfly valve bodies. Our October 30 workshop photos show the parts grouped for handling, including close views of the stepped rings and their drilled mounting pads. These are preparation-stage images; they do not establish carrier collection or arrival in Brazil.
Checking the form of a repeat-production valve body
The rings have a distinct stepped profile, with repeated mounting pads along one side. Seeing the same geometry across grouped components is useful when reviewing a batch, but photographs are not dimensional inspection records. For a replacement or OEM valve-body enquiry, the mating diameters, step heights, pad positions and hole pattern need to be matched to the customer drawing.

Handling the parts at the workshop
Other photos show the components arranged inside an open, lined container and a worker moving an individual ring into position. The key practical detail here is the part geometry: large circular edges and protruding pads must be considered when parts are grouped and moved, so they do not obstruct one another. The container is open in these images; its final closure and outbound packing condition are not shown.

A liquid-handling step captured in the photos
The sequence also shows an operator pouring liquid over valve bodies arranged in a yellow workshop tray. The source notes do not specify the liquid or the treatment parameters, so the photos should not be taken as proof of a particular corrosion-protection coating or test. For any specified surface condition, the approved process requirements and inspection criteria should be confirmed separately.

Planning a similar butterfly valve body order
If you are sourcing stepped butterfly valve bodies or another drawing-based valve component, share the nominal size, full engineering drawing, material grade, interface dimensions, required surface condition and target quantity. TIANHUI MACHINE can review a suitable manufacturing and handling route based on those requirements. Send us your drawing for an RFQ.
