We couldn't hold our usual factory anniversary event last year because of the pandemic. Everyone kept working through a very busy period instead.
For TIANHUI's 13th anniversary in 2021, the company arranged a two-day trip to Anji, Huzhou, on September 11–12. Employees could bring their family members, with the company helping cover the cost.
Most days our conversations revolve around drawings, orders and production schedules. It will be nice to spend a little time together away from the workshop.
