The end of 2022 is normally one of our busiest times for finishing orders. This year, widespread illness also affected staffing and disrupted production. Some deliveries were delayed, and we want to apologize to the customers affected.
Several colleagues were recovering at home while others kept essential work moving. As people returned, our priority was to review the production schedule and work through the outstanding orders as quickly as we reasonably could.
