Reopening after the 2020 Spring Festival required far more planning than usual. We followed the local pandemic-control guidance and prepared for production to resume once approval was granted.
The workshop restarted on the day permission was received. Eighteen production workers were back on site in the first group, while some administrative colleagues continued working online.
It was an unusual start to the year. Our main hope was that everyone would stay safe as work gradually returned to normal.
