A batch of 300 custom support brackets for wastewater treatment equipment has been packed for an order destined for Russia. The shop-floor photos show the finished blue-coated parts, protective wrapping and wooden cases being prepared for handling.

From sand casting to Finished Brackets
The production record for this order lists sand casting, machining, electrophoretic coating, spray painting and inspection before packing. The finished parts shown in the photographs have circular openings and mounting-hole features, with the blue coating visible on the surfaces.
For a drawing-based bracket, the machining requirements around these interfaces and the specified surface finish are important details to establish before production. For repeat orders or a new bracket design, the drawing should clearly identify the material grade, mounting-hole dimensions, machined interfaces and coating requirements.
Wrapping and Separating the Finished Parts
During packing, the team covered the finished brackets with blue protective wrapping and arranged them in wooden cases lined with plastic. The photos capture the wrapping operation and placement of the parts inside the cases.

Keeping coated metal surfaces from rubbing directly against one another is especially relevant when finished parts will be handled several times between the workshop and their final assembly location.
Wooden Cases Prepared for the Russia Order
Multiple wooden cases were assembled in the packing area. The final photos show the cases lined up in the workshop and a worker securing a case with external strapping. This record documents the packing stage of the 300-piece order.
