National Robot Standardization Technical Committee was established

In order to implement the "14th Five-Year" Robot Industry Development Plan and support the high-quality development of the robot industry, with the support of the National Standardization Administration Committee, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other relevant departments, recently, the National Robotics Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/ TC591) was formally established. The Standards Committee is composed of 76 members. Academician Ding Han of the Chinese Academy of Sciences serves as the chairman, Beijing Institute of Machinery Industry Automation Co., Ltd. is responsible for secretariat work, and China Machinery Industry Federation is responsible for daily management and business guidance.
The establishment of the National Robot Standardization Technical Committee is of great significance to further improve the robot standard system, carry out urgently needed national and international standard revisions, regulate domestic robot technology and product markets, strengthen international cooperation in robots, and promote the high-quality development of my country's robot industry.
