The main maintenance work has the following content:
(1) Choose a suitable use environment. The environment (such as temperature, humidity, vibration, power supply voltage, frequency, and interference, etc.) of the CNC lathe will affect the normal operation of the machine tool. Therefore, when installing the machine tool, the installation conditions and requirements specified in the machine tool specification shall be strictly met. Under the economic conditions permitting, the CNC lathe should be installed separately from ordinary mechanical processing equipment to facilitate repair and maintenance.
(2) CNC lathes should be equipped with special personnel for programming, operation and maintenance of CNC systems. These personnel should be familiar with the characteristics of the machine, numerical control system, strong electrical equipment, hydraulic pressure, and pneumatic pressure of the machine tool used, as well as the use environment, processing conditions, etc., and be able to correctly use the CNC lathe according to the requirements of the machine tool and system manual.
(3) Clean up in time. Such as air filter, electrical cabinet cleaning, cleaning of printed circuit boards.
(4) The inspection of the machine's cable shall mainly check for faults such as poor contact, breakage and short circuit in the moving joint of the cable, and the corners.
(5) Some numerical control systems use CMOS components as the parameter memory. The memory content is maintained by the battery when the power is off. When a low-voltage alarm occurs, it is necessary to replace the battery in time, and it must be carried out under the condition that the control system is powered on. Otherwise, the storage parameter will be lost and the CNC system will not work.
(6) Long-term maintenance of CNC lathes is not required. When the CNC lathe is idle and not used, the CNC system should be powered on often. When the machine tool is locked, it will run empty. During the rainy season in which the air humidity is relatively high, electricity should be supplied every day. The heat generated by the electrical components themselves should be used to drive off the moisture in the CNC cabinet so as to ensure the stable and reliable performance of the electronic components.
